Attachmate reflections client - use CAC card for authentication

I've been trying to get Attachmate Reflections configure so that i can ssh into a remote server that has a public key pulled from my CAC certs on it. The directions I have found were at

It says to go into the "Reflection Certificate Manager dialog box, click the PKCS #11 tab" and add the dll for accessing the card reader. The card reader app is activeclient and has acpkcs211.dll which i've tried to add. If i use the troubleshooter it shows a card in slot 0 with 3 digital certs with private keys in slots 1,2, & 3.

Can anyone PLEASE tell me how to set this up so i can used the smart card for remote ssh.
