Attachmate 6.3

I recently installed Attachmate 6.3 on our customers computers in our Payroll dept. The Printscreen button does not work at all. We don't even have the option to set it to the button. We can set it to another key, but just not specifically that key. Any suggestions?

Have you tried opening your toolbar editor and checked if the quick key is setup? If it is not click on:
Options
Settings

Then choose which toolbar your using, after opening that up, double click on the printer icon, and check if it is set to Print Screen or Print Pages.
