Attaching "Disclaimer" message using Exchange 2000

Hi

I am using Exchange 2000 and Outlook 2000 clients. Can anyone suggest a way I can attach an email disclaimer message automatically to the bottom of any SMTP messages sent from through Exchange without having to manually amend a template on each client?
