Attaching or Embedding Linked Docs

Hello everyone;

I currently have a system in place where my email is output to PDF and any attached file are placed in an attachment folder and linked from the PDF of the email. I'm wondering if anyone knows of a way that I could automatically have the linked file embedded or attached and the links updated to its new "location". Basically I want to move the emails without breaking the links or having to move multiple files. One email one file.
