attaching files

We use outlook 2000 and one on one workstation it freezes when we try to attach a file out of a certain folder. we've made a new folder ad moved everything, we've uninstalled and reinstalled outlook but still the same problem persists...any ideas?

I don't have a suggestion yet, but a question. If you open a file from that folder, and try to send it as an attachment from there, does it still freeze?
