Attaching documents to Support a Journal Entry

1. Does Sage have a functionality to attach supporting documents for journal entries done directly in the GL?

2. Sage ERP doesn't have an auto kill session that is idle for say 15 mins. Does it?
 
1. Nope, you'll have to look at 3rd party products.
2. Nope, you'll have to hire a hitman.
 
1. Should be of great consideration. Especially since audits require supporting documentation on journal entries.

2. For security purposes it would be safer that a session expires after a specified amount of time.

There's a big debate about #2. What if you're in the middle of a big journal entry and you take a break? What if you have a report on the screen and you're validating the information on the screen with a document off screen? Logging people off of Accpac automatically isn't always a clean cut option.
