Hi all
I have a client who has just got a new pc. She has her own exchange email account plus also has access to a second email account. In outlook 2002 she was able to attach an email from the second account by clicking on insert item and then browsing to the email and adding it in. Now we have upgraded her to outlook 2003 and when she goes to attach a email from the secondary account she is unable to do so. It just simply says cant attach email. Is it simply somthing you cant do in outlook 2003 or are there some settings which need to be ajusted to give her premissions to insert the email from the other account.
Thank you for your help in advanced
