When I attach a file in my new mail the attachemnt icon comes like rectangle box. It's not only word attachemnt, any kinda attachement I attach it appear as plain box. But it does appears as attachment when it receive it at other end. Any fix for this?

Your EMAIL FORMAT is set to HTML. Set it to PLAIN TEXT and it will some up under the attachements section of your message. Michael
