Attach Leader to Annotation QLATTACH for ACAD2004 1

Anyone who uses QLATTACH command in AutoCAD R14/2000 (attaches one or more leaders to one annotation (leaders are anchored to that annotation)) knows how good it is. Now, I'm testing AutoCAD 2004 and I can't believe that great command is missing, even in some bonus pack etc.
Does anyone can help me about that?

Hey, I think I found it. Select the leader so that it is highlighted. Next, select the arrow grip. The options are given, selct copy or hit "c". Drag the new leader endpoint where you want it to go to.
