Attach a file in Email adaptor?

I created a mercator map to run all the incoming EDI(850s) and generate the return run codes. I am creating a report based on the run codes,which I want to be attached to the E-mail.

Is there a way of attaching the file using a VB or MSH(Microsoft Script Host) script or some other way I am not seeing?

Create an output card for the email adapter and use the -ATT comand

So -ATT in the running of the map will attach a file to an emaiL???
