ATT513 Terminal Emulation

I have ProComm 4.8. I can get to the logon screen on my Definity PBX but keep getting ACCESS DENIED. The third attempt throws me and spits a line or two of garbage at me.
The login name seems to work ok. The password containing numerals doesn't.

I have the terminal type set to ATT4410 in the terminal settings.

Help!!

I am on a laptop and don't have a keypad. Tried it on a desktop with a keypad, too. %)
