ATT Wireless Router 6850G to Airlink AR315W

I have a wireless network with the ATT router. I want to use the Airlink as an access point. I can see the Airlink when connected from the Lan port but cannot see it wirelessly.

The airlink can be used as an acess point. I have enabled to be an access point through its configuration page an reassigned it its own ip address so it matches the rest of the network.
