Has anyone had this experience??
New ATT PRI seems to be set up correctly in the Magix but the carrier is saying that they are seeing the 011 call dialed as 11 and number not 011 and the number. All local and LD calls are going out ok.The PRI has been set up at 890 and a phone given dial out perms. for the pool and there is still a prob. I know it's a provider prob but just checking to see if this specific problem has been experienced. It almost seems like the carrier might be stripping the first digit. There is some sort of router that needs a xover cable to the DSI board.I have not been to this site as I am trying to help a tech.
Any help or suggestions will be appreciated!!

More info- I have been told that when a test call was made dialing 0011 and the number the carrier only saw 11 and the number- it seems to be stripping off the 0's because if it were stripping off a specific number of digits we would be able to tell by what they are seeing.

Print PRI and check you special service table. How many digits are you deleting for 011 calls...table 0

A Special Service Table

A Entry Number: 0 1 2 3 4 5 6 7
A Pattern to Match: 011 010 01 00 0 1
A Operator: none none none none none none none none
A Type of Number: I I I N N N N N
A Digits to Delete: 3 0 0 0 0 1 0 0

Use system monitor unless of course you are a Tard then it IS the fault of the pbx.

According to the tech he is deleting 0 digits- I am waiting for the printout
