ATP on Blankets

Is there any way to include Blanket Po's in the ATP calculation?

No, there isn't. You can include blanket OE orders but not blanket PO's.
Unless someelse has a way that I did not think of.

Nope - stock Macola ATP and allocations functionality excludes (rightly I think) blanket orders until a release and print is done. Your only options are to place 'real' orders instead of blankets, or create an application to update the ATP file with the blanket order details..

That was what i was thinking, and it does make sense. We place all of our PO's as blankets, and the release them as they are containerized and shipped from Asia. However this only gives sales limited visibility on the ATP, of course they can drill down to the open PO's when they need to.

If you are running MRP there is an option to copy blanket POs into the material plan, however I do not believe this will affect ATP.
