ATO / OLO Integration

Has anyone implemented OLO & ATO integration where the orders arrive but don't close? They sit there til EOD and then close to cash. I have tried to change just about everything in Order modes and tenders to get it to change behavior and it won't close the checks automatically.

Check your settings in Takeout Configuration -> Takeout Settings -> Options tab. The main variables are auto-fulfill orders, Auto apply payment, and close checks on apply payment. It sounds like payments for incoming orders aren't being applied so that would be the first thing I would check. We use auto-fulfill and apply payments automatically only. The combination of these depends on how FOH is handling orders. For example, online orders auto-fulfill, automatically apply payment, and then we hit close upon pickup so signify that it has left the building.
