I am looking for a card that provides PVR functionality as well as S-Video out so that I can view DVD's, DIVX and recorded programs from my PC on my big screen TV. The ATI Radeon 8500DV looks like the ticket but I cannot figure out how the PVR can determine what programs are available from my cable TV provider? In addition, I have digital cable which requires a set-top box to decode all the channels so how could the 8500DV interface with a digital cable system? Anyone have any experience with this setup? Thx!!
