Ati radeon 7500 screen flicker

Hi,

I have some problem with my video card (Ati radeon 7500) under Windows 2000 or XP. The screen flicking all the time at 800 x 600 true color (32 bit) or high color (16 bit). I installed too in the same disk at the third partition Windows 98 and my video card running fine. I upgrade my video card, the AGP with the latest driver, the motherboard BIOS and directx. I have the same problem under 2000 and XP. I try different refresh monitor frequency but the problem still there.

My pc config: Athlon XP 2200+
256M DDR
Motherboard ECS K7S5A Pro V5.0 with LAN and
sound in board
ATI Radeon 7500
OS: XP, 2000 and 98 in same HD
