I have an ATI Radeon 7000 (AGP 64MB w/TVout) driving a single monitor and my TV. I've downloaded the newest drivers for the card from ATI which gave me more problems so I stuck with the ones that came with the card (v5.13.1.6037).

When I go to change my display settings (for example to turn the TV output on) my computer freezes. I don't remember which error it gives me.

I'm running:

Windows 2000 Professional (SP2) with all the critical updates.

AMD Athlon XP 1800+ overclocked to 1674MHz (I have the same problems when I go back to the factor setting of 1533MHz)
MSI KT3 Ultra2
256 MB PC2100 DDR RAM

well i do not really have a solution, but i have an ati all in wonder card, and it gave me loads of problems the first couple of months i had it. ati has alot of bugs, and most of them you have to get customed solutions for. its a bitch reallie. read up more online; they might give you good ideas.

Uninstall the card and its associated programmes.
Re-start pc and let W2k load its own drivers to see if it sorts your problem out.
