ATI AIW Radeon 7500 capture just stops

I have Windows XP, DX9, AthlonXP 2600+, 512MB RAM. When I am capturing video through the ATI software, the capture stops suddenly after about 30 seconds and up to 15 minutes into it. I get an error message saying that atimmc.exe has encountered or caused an error and must be closed. I have installed the latest drivers off ATI's website. I have tried reducing the graphics acceleration. None of it worked.

Does this happen to anyone else? Anyone have any ideas?
