Has anyone with this or another of the AIW cards experienced this issue?
When logging on to Win XP, a notice comes up from ATI saying that the TV display is enabled and should be disabled if not being used (goes on to describe how to disable with links...). This is refering to using a TV as a second display (dual display setup), not watching TV with the ATI tuner.
I get this message, but the TV as second display is not enabled (according to the ATI software link that I click to go to to disable the 2nd display), has never been enabled since install, and I can't disable it cause it is not enabled. The notice has a check box that says something like "show this box when tv is enabled".
I don't want to uncheck the box to disable this warning message because I want to get the message if I ever DO enable the display and forget to disable it.
Any ideas or suggestions to eliminate this warning without unchecking the checkbox. Asked a different way, how can I "disable" the TV as display #2 when it is not enabled to begin with?
Thanks,
Rick
