ATI 8500

Hey guys, I'm having a problem with getting updated drivers for my card.

I'm running XP and I have loaded the drivers off of the cd. Everything works fine.
This card is what I believe to be an oem card. Its an ATI but not a pro, not anything. (128mb)also.
I'm running this in an old celeron 450mhz prossecor with a 2x AGP slot.
I'm going to upgrade my board this week and it will have a 4x AGP slot, and I thought that I should update my drivers for the new board.
I do believe that my graphics should look better with this 128mb card. Is most of my issues because I'm running it in a 2x AGP?? Will I see a noticeable change in a 4x AGP??
Sorry for going on. What are the exact drivers for this card anyway???? I'm not sure what to select at the ATI site.

If you have an 8500, it's a member of the Radeon family, and this would be the current driver:
