ATI 5200 - Opening Apps in designated windows

Hi all,

This may be more "software" than "hardware" - sorry about that but I am hoping that someone may know where I can find info on this.

I have a ATI FireGL 5200. All works fine. My issue has to do with apps opening in either of the 2 monitors. I seem to have this set as I like it however something has changed and I now have an app (firefox) opening in monitor 1 instead of monitor 2 (as it used to) and I would like to learn to change that. Any ideas? Is there an ini file somewhere - I couldn't find any such...
