Atheros Fast Ethernet AR8152 driver

I have installed Fedora 13 and Ubuntu 10.04.The both distros didn't load AR8152 driver automatically.
I have tried to load AR 8152 driver (atl1c module or atl2 module on Fedora 13 and Ubuntu 10.04) manually, but didn't work.Because I can't see eth0 after loaded atl1c or atl2 module manually.
Any suggestion which one is working?
