ATA Trouble

I have a clinet with a BCM 50 and PRI and they added a Postage machine and needed an analog line. I tried using an ATA and could not get the postage machine to log on then I switched over to one of the internal ATA ports on the BCM at the block and am still having the same problem. Has anyone had problems like this before with analog devices i.e. gate control, elevators, etc..? If so outside of paying for a POTS line what can you suggest?

P.S. All of their fax machines are working just fine with both the ATA and the internal ATA's. THey have about 4 fax machines.

What exactly is happening? People can't call in or call out?

that parts okay the problem is some devices do not seem to like to work over a PRI environment
