Hello. We have a legend system here with a ATA card in it. We also use DIDs. I usally pick a free did and ata port to assign faxs and modems. I did this the other day for a fax. The funny thing is is that every time I fax from one other fax machine that fax goes to both the recipient and the new fax I set up????. It only happens from one fax machine. Any Ideas

Print out the extension of both fax machines, and look for any nonstandard stuff, i.e., line appearances, shared system access, forwarding, etc. Alternatively, copy the porgramming from a happy fax to the suspected fax TipHelp@charter.net

Check to make sure your two "outbound" faxes are not sharing the same line. This can cause backfeeding problems.
