Hello-
I have an 8x24 system, DR5 here at my house. I bought two more ATA adapters for the system to work with a faxmodem for sending faxes out and for some other phone/modem testing. These are the older ones that had the cords directly attached to them and have the phone plugs on the bottom. I got them for dirt cheap (and I mean DIRT cheap).
Question is: How can I get it to recognize feature codes? I do a flash on my phone (using a basic 2500 with flash key) and I hear silence. As soon as I hit *, I get an internal dial tone again without even dialing my feature code.
I'm hitting my head against the wall on this one: what am I doing wrong? Or am I doing anything wrong? The only other ATA on the system is the bigger sized one the same size as the M8 and C6 device. I can do a flash and then the * + feature code on that extension and it works OK.
Thanks!
