We have BCM 50 R5 and are trying to install three ATA II on the main cabinet. We purchased four analog station licenses and those work. We are trying to install the ATA II and we get dial tone but we are unable to dial out wtih touch tone dial when we use pulse it does work. We can receive calls on the ATA II and we can hot dial through the ATA II but are unable to dial out with touch tone. Could this be three bad ATA II or is there a compatability issue.
