Is it possible to connect an analog phone to an ATA (ASM8+) and have the device be able to access multiple lines? This is for a analog conference polycom phone that needs to be able to do three-way conference calls.

yes- via line pools.
however, for analog lines I would recommend using 3 way calling from the CO, whish is accessed via the flash (f71) feature

It can access multiple lines, but only one can be active on an outbound call at once since there is only one "intercom key" programmed to an ATA.

As brike suggested, use a line with 3 way calling at the CO. Makes life easier.
