ATA 186 - Ohm difference ??

Hi guys, I'm trying to find information on what the difference is between the Cisco 600 Ohm impedance ata 186 and the complex impedance ata. Anyone know? Cause i'm trying to buy this stuff online and i just wanna be sure what i'm getting is going to work.

If it matters, we got a couple of CCM's 3.3(3) here.. ??

Basically complex impedance for the UK, simple for everywhere else (except possibly japan?)
