ATA 186 Fax Converter, MGCP Gateway and Westell Box

I have a remote site that would like a fax machine installing using an ATA converter. The ATA installs fine and registers with Call Manager, but when I try and send a fax it won't dial out.

I should add the gateway the device is using is an MGCP gateway using a westell box to connect to a Siemens iSDX. The PSTN connectivity come from the Siemens environment.

Does anybody know why I may be having trouble with this. Do the Westell IQ2000 support fax pass through?

I have configured the ATA to another IPT site and it works fine.
