You know, if a DT700 phone is not connected to a PoE switch, it needs a DC adaptor. And there is a little socket for that on the bottom of the phone at the LAN and PC ports. There is says "DC 24V-30V", but the amperage is not mentioned.

What amperage I should look for in the market?

Ideally you should use POE, or the NEC DC adaptor. However, you can use a power injector. It uses industry standard specs.
IEEE 802.3af compliant
The power requirements for the AC-2R/AC-3R Unit are:
 Input: 110~240 Vac, 50/60 Hz, 45 VA
 Output: 27 Vdc, 750mA

There is another label that provides the amprage. I looked at an ITL-12D phone, and it's says:
-48VDC, 130mA
+24VDC, 230mA

The ITL-6DE has the below figures:

-48VDC, 69mA
+24VDC, 122mA
