I have just recently setup up a DSL connection with a provider. In the past 90 days I have been down 9 days w/ no email or web access. We currently have 2 T1 lines coming into our business. I know that we don't use them fully. I'd like to set up a partial T1 connection to the intenet. What are the steps required for me to do this? Are there any sites out there that would address the issue?

Any input would be appreciated.
