at least one service or driver failed.... no error in event viewer

When I boot my windows 2003 Standard Terminal Server I get the popup message
saying "At least one service or drivers failed during system startup.." T
here are no errors in the event log, no problems in device manager, and no p
roblem in services.

Fixing the problem if there is one would be priority but if not I would be h
appy with just being able to disable the message from popping up.

Here is everything from the event viewer from when the server starts.

I see them all the time. Bogus messages. If it bothers you alter the timer put in a second or third request to start the service.
