Could anyone please give information regarding "Courtesy Transfer with Data Forwarding" feature provided by AT&T Transfer Connect.

Our Requirement:

1) Caller dials 800# to reach VRU1. This VRU1 gets his 5-digit subscriber ID.
2) Then transfer the call to VRU2 (different location) along with the data (5-digit subscriber ID).

I heard that we can do this by AT&T "Transfer Connect" feature.

Thanks in advance,

I've seen this question before. It near this one.

Good luck. Plan your work............Work your plan

Yes,

AT&T can provide this service (at a cost). Usually requires that you send *8 on the active call (in the customers ear). Nice thing is that the trunks drop when the call is transfered. If doing this in large quantities it may be more cost effective for Point-to-point T-1. James Middleton

FYI You definitely need isdn if doing any data transfer with Transfer/Connect.
