AT&T Spirit

We got a call where a customer has three sets. the set at the front counter ( if they are already on a call ) only rings once then just flashes. the other 2 sets will ring until the second call is answered. I have looked thru the book and can not see where this is programed. The system is a Spirit 616. the phone that that i want to program is Sta.11 ( 24 btn ) Sta.10 @ 12 works the way they want it to.
I have checked the ringing and all are programed the same. I even tried copying sat 10 to sta 11. did not change anything. I did switch the sysytem to programing mode at the KSU.
I appreciate any ideas

Change it to "Normal Ring" instead of "Abbreviated Ring"

I have changed it to normal ring. when i go into programing the lights are on steady. I will go and try anouther port.
