AT&T Ring Central...

Hello all,

We will be experimenting with an AT&T service, Ring Central. I would be placing my DID number (6424) on "Ring Central" (cloud service) pointing to my extension which I assume I would change to another DID (0959). That is straight forward enough... however, Internally I would like for internal staff to be able to dial 6424 and reach my extension as well. We have a Mitel 3300 IP PBX. How would I program this capability?

Define a System speedcall 6424 with the actual digits being your extension number. It will work for both internal and external callers (ring central).
