We have a leased space that has an old AT&T Partner phone system. All lines used to ring on the main phone at the front desk. Somebody "played" with the phone trying to reset the system date/time, and now the phone doesn't ring. (Not sure they're connected, could be a cooincidence? Naaah!)

They hear one BEEP for an incoming call and that is all. Sounds like the ring type was changed, but I don't have a system manual.

Anyone have an idea or feature code to get these phones ringing again?

The extension has been forwarded to another extension. The beep is the reminder that it is forwarded. At Ext. 10, press Feature and dial 11-10-10

There is also a dedicated Partner system forum at
To change the date and time, at Ext. 10, press Feature and dial 00, press the Left Intercom button Twice. Dial #101 and enter the date as MMDDYY. Dial #103 and enter the time as HHMM in 24-hour format.

That was exactly it! Now phone is ringing (other phone isn't!), time and date are correct.

Thanks, Tek-Tips and TTTommy!
