Yup, it was supposed to be distributed through Graybar and their ilk, for the trunk-slammer installer market. It will work with regular Partner sets, but has ringing voltage for analog sets only on the last 2 ports, has restrictions on the type of expansion modules (special 362's), and some crippled programming. Grab the manual from the Avaya support site if you ran into one of them in the field, and have to support it. I've only run into ONE in the last 20 years of doing Partner installations.
