Asus V7100 Deluxe Combo, Asus Digital VCR, win2k, PAL-N does not work. 1

Hi. I have been testing my Asus V7100 Deluxe Combo with Windows 2000 for a year. Im trying to watch TV with Asus Digital VCR 2.0, 2.2 (or newer version) and I can only see black and white. When I try to set DVCR to PALN it says: "Can't decode TV signal as the video standard you have chosen...."
I´ve tried installing with both options, PALN and SECAM, but it did´t work.
I also tried wdm 1.11 drivers from Asus, wdm 1.08 from nvidia, and it´s impossible to make it work.
I am using the last detonator drivers from nvidia (30.82_winxp.exe).
Can anyone give me an answer to my problem? Is it possible to make it work with PAL-N and win2K?
NOTE: Im using TV Tuner, not composite or S-Video.

Do you have (PAL M Cable) or (NTSC USA Cable) options?
