Hi, I ahve Asus P4T-E mobo with 512MB ECC Samsung Rambus memory, Antec 350W PS, SoudBlaster Live Platnum, fire wire, Ultra 160 SCSI card, just upgraded froma ATI 8500 64MB to a Gainward Ultra/700XP (GeForce 4 Ti4400 128MB) running the latest drivers (I also tryed the drvers that came with the video card cd)and running Windows XP PRO. It was runing fine for a day. Next day wake up my computer from standby and loged in to my work space. After Desktop came up, computer freeze. So I pushed the reset botton and every time XP was loading it would stop and say "Hardware malfuntion contac your hardware vendoer; NMI: Parity check/ memory Parity error" The only way it would come up is in safe mode. I was runinig fine before I replaced my ATI Radeon 8500 for this Gainward GeForce 4 Ti4400. Please help. I've called Gainward and the tech support guy was not very helpful atall. Thanks in advance!
