Asus P2B motherboard and Win2k?

I have successfully updated the BIOS on my Asus P2B board.
The latest flash utility, flash file (*.awd) and instructions are available from the Asus web site.
Make sure you "enable bios updates" in the BIOS and remember to back up your old settings (with the Flash utility).
I would recommend the flash. APM seems to function better avoiding system hangs on shutdown.
