Asus DVD drives not reading.

Hi there.I am from a computer shop in cardiff and we are happing problems with a lot of asus dvd drives. They drives will see the disk (DVD OR CD-ROM) and access them but when you try to play a DVD you get a message saying " Invalid File Format" Any idears Guys? Cheers Mat Hankins

Do you have any DVD software installed to play DVDs?
Can you play a music CD, or browse a data CD without problem?
