Ok, I have tried a lot and i cant get it to put anything on the monitor. I know all the parts work. Only the motherboard is new. The standard little asus green light is on. If the CPU is fried will the thing not work? Does any one have some suggestiosns? I dont even see the bios screen... nothing

What makes you think the CPU is fried?
Did you have the heatsink fitted the wrong way around? or without thermal paste?
Either would have resulted in a quick dead (if thermal protection wasn't enabled in the bios.
