ASU II Problems

Hi I am trying to install an ASU II on a 3300 LX/Mxe controller
The controller can't "see" the ASU II in the ASU configuration form.

The activity light on the front of the ASU II is flasing green. I installed another ASU II and there it was solid green.

Any ideas. Did I miss something?

No, you are good!! The unit is DOA. I recently had an install with 3 units, ALL of them were DOA. Check the hardware revision, mine were A.1. The current ones are A.4.

Call Mitel Tech support and report the problem. They will then direct you to Sales to process an RMA. When I called in, the Mitel tech stayed on the line and helped with the RMA process. He even when so far as to have the unit sent to him for testing before shipping to me.
