Hello,

I'm trying to setup my SOE in combination with Asterisk SIP trunks. Everything is working great except one thing. I'm unable to send incoming calls to a VM Pro module.

Is there specific configuration required for this ? I just put in the incoming call route a destination as 'VM:modulename' but this doesn't work. The same route works fine with ISDN trunks. Also the same route pointing to a group or extension works fine.

What am I missing here ?

PS: I'm running 4.2(17)

It should work.
Do you have a sip uri setup?

Homo sapiens non urinat in ventum

honey, i fried the IP Office !!!

Sarcasm, it's only one of the services I offer.

Yes,

I configured a SIP URI on the SIP Line with as local URI '40'. Next in the incoming call route I route '40' to the VM module.

is re-invite checked on the SIP trunk?
I have mine running with a providers Asterisk so it works it is just a matter of settings.
