asterisk server bandwith optimization problem

i have a computer with the following specification;'pentium(R) CPU 2.80 GHz x32 , 256 MB RAM' that i transformed into an asterisk server. i have already used a xlite softphones to complete my calls, using G.711 codec,already enabled on my server,but i don t know how i can calculate the number of calls that can be completed at same time. i need your help please.
