Asterisk QOS & RTP ports?????

I have Snom phones utilizing an Asterisk server.

Sniffer captures are showing what I expect and ports 10686 as the dest port from the phone. However RTP packets sent right back from the Asterisk server are destined for port 50488.

Does this mean I need to setup QOS with 50488 also??

RTP is going to use two ports. One for the media and one for media control. The actual ports are not hard defined. If your firewall/router truly understands SIP and RTP, then it may dynamically open the UDP RTP ports 10000-20000 as needed once it gets the SIP signaling from ports 5060-5082, usually just 5060.
