Asterisk License ??

is there is an commercial license for asterisk , as I'm familiar with asterisk and I want to supply a company with it , so is it legal ?

Asterisk is opensource. No license necessary. You can purchase licenses for different "modules" or add on packages, such as G729 voice compression. There are also several distributions of Asterisk such as FreePBX which by itself is opensource, but has commercial addons which cost.

if I 'll purchase any of digium cards , is there a necessary license ??

No. No licenses for any cards, regardless of the supplier, i.e. Sangoma, Rhino, etc.
