Asterisk@Home - no voice on trunk calls

hi

I have an account with a VoIP gateway in the UK, and I can make calls to the PSTN. But there is no voice being transmitted.

I am using X-lite as my Softphone and Asterisk@Home as my SoftPBX.

Any ideas.
