Asterisk for Windows

Na, I would not waste my time with that.
It is very very old. they are using asterisk 1.2 the current version is 1.6.x.
If you are looking for an easy asterisk deployment, look at AsteriskNOW, pbxinaflash, or trixbox CE.
 
The 3Cx product is supposed to be good. Not Asterisk, but windows based.
 
I agree with engjohn - don't waste any time trying to find a Windows product.

I'd suggest installing trixbox CE on almost any old PC - it'll be more reliable and just as easy as running something on Windows. (I wasn't very impressed with 3Cx when I looked at it about a year ago)
